How do I get a library card?
The process is quick and simple. Just come to the library’s front desk and fill out a form. It only takes 5 minutes.

What is Access PA?
Access PA is a program offered by all Pennsylvania libraries. If you have a library card, you are able to go to any Pennsylvania library and check out material, then return it to your home library.
Who goes to the library?
The Foxburg Free Library serves portions of four counties including Clarion, Butler, Armstrong, and Venango. The service population is approximately 4,600 from Foxburg, St. Petersburg, Emlenton, Parker, Hovey Township, and Richland Township.
What is the policy for donations?
We love receiving books; however, we cannot keep all materials because of storage limitations. Check with the librarian if the books or magazines are needed.
